Barcelona came from two goals down to earn a dramatic 3-2 win over Levante in La Liga, keeping their unbeaten start to the season intact.

The Catalan side endured a poor first half at the Ciutat de València, where they struggled for intensity and were punished by a disciplined Levante side. Romero put the hosts ahead with a well-worked counter-attack before Morales doubled the lead from the penalty spot on the stroke of half-time after a VAR check for handball against Alejandro Balde.

Ferran Torres struck the crossbar during a flat first-half display, but Barcelona showed little else in attack before the break.

Pedri Inspires the Comeback

Manager Hansi Flick made key changes at half-time, and the visitors returned with renewed energy. Within seven minutes of the restart, Pedri halved the deficit with a spectacular 30-yard strike, and Torres volleyed home from a Raphinha corner to level the score.

Levante pushed forward in response but were denied by goalkeeper Joan Garcia, who produced two important saves to keep the match level.

Own Goal Seals Victory

Barcelona continued to press in the closing stages and were rewarded deep into stoppage time. Lamine Yamal’s cross was turned into his own net by Levante defender Elgezabal, handing Barça all three points in the 91st minute.

The result ensures Barcelona remain unbeaten after two La Liga fixtures, while Levante were left frustrated after letting slip a commanding position.
