The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced the reopening of online registration for the 2025/2026 service year, scheduled to run from Wednesday, October 8, to Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
This directive comes after President John Mahama ordered a comprehensive technical and forensic audit of the previous Central Service Management Platform (CSMP), which revealed major system flaws and inconsistencies.
Following the audit, the NSA was tasked with developing and deploying a new, secure, and transparent digital platform to ensure accurate data verification, protect user information, and streamline the registration process.

In a statement, the Authority confirmed that all registrations completed in June 2025 have been declared invalid due to data integrity concerns, including age and identity discrepancies. As a result, all prospective service personnel must re-register using the newly launched platform.
The NSA also assured that individuals who legitimately registered during the June exercise will receive refunds for their service fees.

“All previous registrations from June 2025 have been declared null and void. Every prospective service person must re-register on the new platform,” the statement reiterated.
Meanwhile, all National Service Personnel are expected to report to their designated stations on Saturday, November 1, 2025, with the official service year commencing on Monday, November 3, 2025.
