DVLA extends working hours to 6am–10pm at 16 offices nationwide – see full list

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority) has announced extended working hours at selected offices across Ghana as part of efforts to improve service delivery and reduce waiting times for motorists.
In a Facebook post on Thursday, May 14, the authority stated that the selected offices will now operate from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
The move is expected to ease congestion and provide greater convenience for drivers and customers seeking licensing, registration, and related services, particularly in high-demand urban centres.

DVLA Explains Purpose of Extended Hours
The Authority explained that the new operational schedule is designed to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience by offering more flexible service hours for the public.
Motorists are encouraged to take advantage of the extended hours for faster processing of vehicle registration, driver licensing, and other essential services.
