Bawku West: Flamebwoy Starborn pays hospital bills, donates items to women in Zebilla hospital maternity ward

Popular Bawku West-based musician Flamebwoy Starborn has put smiles on the faces of new and expectant mothers at the Zebilla Hospital after paying their hospital bills and donating essential items to support them in the maternity ward.

The gesture, carried out on December 18, 2025, saw the young artist settle the medical bills of several women receiving care at the facility, easing their financial burden at a critical time.

Speaking during the presentation, Flamebwoy said his difficult upbringing continues to inspire him to give back to society, particularly to the poor and vulnerable.

“I am here with the little that I have to give back to my society and to inspire others that wherever you are, you can always achieve something,” he said.

The kind act was warmly received by staff of the hospital. A senior midwife, Aminatu Adams, expressed deep appreciation on behalf of the facility and the beneficiaries, noting that such support is rare.

“To be honest, we are very grateful. For a young man to have this idea and come to the aid of the needy, some of whom cannot afford the bills, but still choose to help means a lot to us. We are truly thankful. May God bless him,” she said.

Beyond the hospital, Flamebwoy extended his generosity to inmates of the Bawku prison yard, where he donated bags of rice and cooking oil to support their welfare.

Flamebwoy Starborn is currently one of the fastest-rising musicians from northern Ghana, with popular songs such as Money Language, featuring Maccasio and Nongdaan Biig, earning him a growing fan base across the country.
